Tasky makes every attempt to reduce the amount of personally identifiable information that is collected from users of the application and instead chooses to collect and store non-personal information like unique identifiers for Slack & Autotask. While these identifiers can be used, with their associated API, to obtain & display personal information (e.g., names & email addresses), this information is never stored by Tasky for any amount of time.
Currently, the only personal information collected by Tasky is payment methods. Payment information is naturally personal & sensitive, and Tasky treats this information accordingly. Although Tasky collects the payment information via the website during the signup and subscription processes, it is stored at and only accessible by our third-party payment provider. During the signup and subscription processes, the payment information is provided directly to our third-party payment provider and never made available to the Tasky application.
Tasky uses non-personal information, like Slack & Autotask's unique identifiers, to identify you to protect your privacy. Tasky will use these identifiers, with their associated APIs, to obtain and display personal information in user interfaces to ensure ergonomic use of Tasky.
Tasky never shares any of the personal information it obtains for display purposes with any third party services or technologies to ensure this information remains secure and private.
Tasky is a Slack application that requires access to private communications in your Slack workspace and Autotask PSA account to provide all of its features but never stores or archives this information. Tasky handles all private communications data internally and never passes it to third party services except for the Slack and Autotask APIs.
Slack private communications include all data obtained from Slack via the Slack API, including Workspaces, Channels, Chats, Direct Messages, and any information related to those items.
Autotask private communications include all data obtained from Autotask via the Autotask API including Accounts, Resources, Tickets and any information related to those items,
The Tasky website may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Tasky website.
Tasky tracks the use of the application and keeps usage statistics for individual users and their associated team. This usage information is made available only to each user and their associated team for accounting and reporting purposes and is never shared publicly or with third parties services or companies.
Tasky tracks anonymized and aggregated usage statistics for all users and teams for product development, product planning, and marketing purposes. All information used for these purposes is entirely anonymous, and tracing it back to any individual user or team is impossible.
Tallman.io, the provider of Tasky, does not sell, rent, or lease any customer information or usage statistics to third parties.
Tallman.io may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, or provide customer support. All archived information is stored on a rolling and automatically expiring schedule and never stored for more than 45 days.
